Protecting areas of significant natural value, promoting the re-establishment of native vegetation, providing wildlife corridors, maintaining the high quality of existing and new residential areas and improving community facilities are just a few of the community goals of Long Grove. By publicizing these goals, citizens are able to track the progress of their leadership. They also take a proactive approach in helping the local government to enhance their towns through a number of beautification projects.
